Inside South Africa’s Zozibini Tunzi Enchanting Cape Winelands Wedding Ceremony​

Former Miss Universe and Miss South Africa, Zozibini Tunzi, officially tied the knot with her longtime partner, Luthando Mluleki Bolowana, in a breathtaking ceremony held on 22 March 2025 at the picturesque Belair Pavilion in Paarl, Western Cape. ​

The intimate yet grand affair was a celebration of love, culture, and elegance. Tunzi stunned in a custom-designed gown by Vietnamese designer Phan Huy, featuring intricate 3D floral embroidery. The creation reportedly took over 700 hours to complete, with each flower hand-cut and shaped, and the veil adorned with over 300 organza flowers.

The couple’s love for storytelling was evident throughout the ceremony. Tunzi surprised guests by performing a heartfelt song she wrote for her husband, adding a personal touch to the festivities. ​

The guest list included South African celebrities such as Connie Ferguson, Nomzamo Mbatha, and Anele Mdoda, all dressed in elegant shades of cream, adhering to the event’s sophisticated dress code. ​

The wedding was orchestrated by renowned planner Zavion Kotze-Brereton, known for creating unforgettable events for high-profile clients.
