At the heart of Ekow’s impact is his visionary leadership as the Founder and CEO of The African Network of Entrepreneurs (TANOE). This social enterprise is committed to supporting African entrepreneurs in building sustainable and globally competitive businesses. Despite being self-funded for over four years, TANOE boasts a thriving membership of over 750 entrepreneurs from countries including Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Uganda, Liberia, and Zambia. The organization has become a beacon of hope for startups and SMEs seeking to navigate the complexities of entrepreneurship on the continent.

Ekow’s influence extends through his work as an Independent Entrepreneurship Development Consultant and Trainer with the British Council Ghana’s Blazing Trails Program. In this capacity, he has trained and mentored more than 2,000 young people in entrepreneurship and leadership, empowering them to contribute meaningfully to Ghana’s economic landscape. As a serial entrepreneur, Ekow has founded multiple initiatives, including the WomanRising Network, which champions women’s empowerment, and Ekow Mensah Consulting, where he serves as Managing Consultant and Certified Business and Life Coach. His ventures reflect a deep commitment to fostering personal and professional growth, as well as innovation in the startup and SME markets.

Ekow’s achievements have not gone unnoticed. He has been named among the 100 Most Influential Young Africans, 50 Most Influential Young Ghanaians, Coca-Cola’s 60 Young Leaders in Ghana, and Speakers Bureau Africa’s Top 100 Speakers in Ghana.
