Dr. Hokehe Eko, a renowned Nigerian doctor, has launched Glow Pediatrics, a pioneering virtual clinic designed to evaluate children with autism in the United States. Founded as an innovative pediatric integrative medicine practice, Glow Pediatrics adopts a holistic, patient-centered approach to address the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of children.
Glow Pediatrics offers virtual ADHD and autism evaluations in one-to-two-hour sessions tailored for children aged 18 months to 10 years. Following the initial examination, Dr. Eko provides a detailed analysis outlining her findings, diagnostic impressions, and recommendations, which are reviewed during a follow-up appointment. This comprehensive evaluation process ensures that each child receives personalized and effective care.
Under Dr. Eko’s leadership, Glow Pediatrics also hosts weekly Glow Health Circles, fostering a supportive community for patients and promoting accountability in their health journeys. As a Brain Health Consultant and Board-Certified Pediatrician with over a decade of experience, Dr. Eko employs a root-cause approach to treating ADHD and autism, considering both physical and environmental factors.
Dr. Eko’s impressive background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida, a Master’s in Public Health from the University of South Florida, and a medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine. She completed her Pediatrics Residency at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital in New Jersey and has received additional training in Brain Health, Pediatric Integrative Medicine, and Child Abuse. A TEDx speaker on ADHD, Dr. Eko is passionate about teaching both adults and children how to boost brain health and thrive in life.
When she is not seeing patients, Dr. Eko is busy raising her three children and serving foster children as the founder of the nonprofit organization Kits of Hope, Inc. Her dedication to providing the best possible care for children is evident in her work, making Glow Pediatrics a beacon of hope for families navigating autism spectrum disorders.
