Further solidifying her academic credentials, Erin earned an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Salt Lake Community College in 2020, with ongoing studies towards an additional degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology.

Erin’s meteoric rise in the world of speed skating culminated in her historic victory at the World Cup event in Tomaszow Mazowiecki, Poland, where she clinched first place in the women’s 500m race.
