As the Founder of Lead Girls Africa, Rahel has dedicated her life to breaking barriers for young girls through education and empowerment initiatives. Her organization has provided life-changing scholarships and introduced the Red Dot Project, a groundbreaking program that supplies sanitary pads to underprivileged girls, ensuring that menstrual challenges do not hinder their education. As the CEO and Managing Director of Raspowers Ltd., a leading supply service and bleach production company in Douala, Cameroon, she has demonstrated visionary leadership, creating job opportunities and driving economic growth. Her influence further extends into the financial sector, where she serves as a board member of Jangiccul, a microfinance institution, championing financial inclusion and entrepreneurship for women.
Rahel’s passion for uplifting women is deeply ingrained in her work. She is the founder of the Priceless Women Network, a thriving non-denominational community that empowers over 3,000 women, providing them with mentorship, personal development resources, and financial literacy training. A certified wife coach, motivational speaker, and the author of five impactful books – three of which are available on Amazon – Rahel’s voice continues to resonate across global platforms. Her dedication to gender equality and financial literacy recently led her to complete the UNITAR Advancing Gender Equality, Entrepreneurship, and Financial Literacy Training Programme, reinforcing her mission to drive meaningful change across Africa and beyond.
