Currently serving as Managing Director at Nitro 121, a premier marketing communication firm in West Africa, Lampe is also the Founding Partner of The Lucent Consulting Company—a consultancy focusing on business strategy and human capital development—and holds the esteemed role of Provost at Orange Academy.

With a profound grasp of marketplace dynamics spanning industries like Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), retail, and telecommunications across Africa, Lampe has demonstrated exceptional commercial acumen and execution prowess in both general management and specialized marketing roles. His illustrious career includes pivotal positions such as Managing Director of Nielsen West Africa and Africa Marketing Director for Family Nutrition at GSK Consumer Healthcare. Lampe has also left an indelible mark as Marketing Director at Nutricima (a PZ Cussons company), Airtel Nigeria, and Cadbury East and Central Africa.
